We had a wonderful experience with Just Move It! Al, LaBaron, Ty and Ant did a great job, were very helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Ryan was such a huge help getting everything booked and had wonderful communication. Definitely recommend this moving company!

Rob was very nice in the beginning but when we had an issue with the movers not putting at least 20 boxes in the garage as opposed to the rooma that were marked on rhe boxes it somehow became our fault. He called it a miscommunication because the boxes had been in the garage to load. We did that to help the movers, per Rob's suggestion, when he gave ua quote. The movers stated that the second truck was garage items and rhey would put them all in our garage. I said fine but I did not know there were boxes in that truck that were clearly marked to go upstairs. Isn't that why you mark them? We realized after they left that tbis had happened. I let Rob know and he stated he would personally come by on Monday (this was a Friday) to move boxes. He also made it seem that we made rhe mistake. Some of the boxes we needed right away. We had to ask our son in law to come move them as we are both 60 and not as capable as we once were. The movers also broke a printer and it appeared that they tried to hide the fact that they did. It was not packed. I had told them not to worry with items thay were not properly packed. They packed it in a moving blanket and a seat cushion but we could tell it was broken before that as it was missing parts that had broken off. Things happen but again I felt Rob tried to put the onus back on me. He did agree to pay for it but we got $100 for a $400 printer. I wanted to like these guys as the movers were extremely polite but the handling by management was lackluster at best.

Excellent customer service. From the estimate from Rob Miller to the professional crew Ryan, Ty, Anthony, A.C. and Victor who were very conscientious moving all our furniture and items. Very courteous and respectful. Highly recommend them. I will use them in the future for all my moving needs.

After a bunch of folks had to bail on helping us move, we hired this crew per the recommendation of a friend. I am so glad we did so. They were prompt, communicative, gentle with our antique pieces, friendly with us and our kiddo… can’t recommend them enough!!! Very great!

They took super care of my antique baby grand piano. The crew was polite, professional and respectful of my items. Highly recommend.
