    We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are also open Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

  • How long will it take to complete my move?

    The duration of your move will vary. It depends on the size of the move and the size of the crew. We can use a larger crew to make the process faster if needed.

  • Do you provide packing materials, or do I need to supply my own?

    We have all the packing supplies you could need—boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and more. Simply let us know when you schedule your move, and we’ll make sure everything is ready, so you can worry less and move with ease!

  • Can you provide an estimate or a quote for my move?

    Yes, we provide no-cost estimates within 24 hours. To receive your estimate, contact us now. We provide virtual and in-person assessments for accuracy.

  • What happens if my belongings are damaged during the move?

    To protect your belongings, you can choose Basic Value Protection or Full Value Protection. If your items are damaged, the resolution process will depend on your level of protection.

  • Do you offer storage options if I need to temporarily store my items?

    Yes, we offer long-term and short-term storage. We have a climate-controlled facility, and we offer storage in transit for short-term needs.

  • Can you assist with packing and unpacking my belongings?

    Yes! We have both full and partial options for packing and unpacking. We’ll cater to your specific needs.

  • How far in advance should I book your services?

    To ensure availability and a smoother experience, it's recommended to book as early as possible, particularly during peak moving seasons. Although we strive to accommodate last-minute moves, booking in advance gives you the best chance of securing your spot. Contact us as soon as you have your move date, and we’ll add you to the schedule!

  • How much does it cost to hire a moving company?

    The cost will vary depending on the services selected and the type of move. We can provide a free, no-obligation estimate today!

  • Do you offer any additional services, such as disassembly and reassembly of furniture?

    Yes, as part of your cost, we provide disassembly and reassembly services. However, if we did not disassemble the item, we cannot guarantee successful reassembly.

  • How do you handle fragile or valuable items during the move?

    For fragile or valuable items, custom crating is available. We also offer specialized packing when crates are not required.

  • Are there any restrictions on moving certain items, such as firearms or hazardous materials?

    At this time, we are unable to move firearms, liquids, hazardous materials, live plants, or anything flammable. This is due to safety regulations.

  • What is the process for resolving any disputes or issues that may arise?

    If there are any issues or disputes, contact us now to start the claim process. We can process your claim once payment is made in full. We are committed to resolving problems quickly and professionally.

  • What items are not allowed to be moved?

    To stay safe, we can’t move any perishable goods, plants, pets, or hazardous materials. You’ll need to make alternate arrangements.

  • How do you ensure the safety of my items?

    To protect your items, we rely on professional-grade equipment, experienced movers, and secure packing techniques. We also take extra care with fragile or valuable items.

  • What if I need to change my moving date?

    We know that plans do change. Contact us as soon as you can to reschedule your move. We will do our best to meet your needs.
